Application Support Specialist

Full-time
Dubai, UAE Ref: FGHC-ASS-2025

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support to healthcare clients, serving as the primary liaison between the company and client organizations
  • Handle software installation, implementation, and Go-Live support, including travel to client sites when needed
  • Gather interface requirements, perform data mapping and transformation, and troubleshoot integration issues
  • Conduct onsite training sessions for end users and hospital staff
  • Log, track, and document all issues in the ticketing system with thorough resolution records
  • Collaborate with vendor support and internal development teams to resolve escalated issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in application or technical support, preferably in healthcare IT
  • Experience with pharmacy systems and HL7/FHIR integrations preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel across the MENA region
